B2B Impact provides opportunities for inequity experiencing youth, particularly new-to-Canada and racialized youth, to participate in high quality soccer programming including training and coaching mentorship programs. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality training and that cost should not be a barrier to participation in sport.
B2B Impact works with support workers to connect youth to local community soccer programs/clubs so that they can continue to be involved in the sport throughout their lives.
Through our training programs and coaching mentorship programs we not only aim to build soccer skills, but life skills including confidence and leadership.
We hold fundraisers and drives to support local and international non-profits, charities, and schools through donations, including in-kind donations of used gear or supplies. We amplify the work and stories of our partners to strengthen connections between local and global communities.
A black-founded and led organization we strive to integrate anti-racist and decolonial approaches to our work. We are advocates for the inclusion of inequity experiencing groups in sport, including in leadership positions. We value the diversity of the people and communities we serve and recognize and respect human differences and similarities. Our commitment to diversity includes all of the groups protected by the BC Human Rights Code. We recognize that an individual’s needs and experiences often reflect intersecting identities including but not limited to gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, psycho-social and neurological differences. and/or disability. We are grateful to be able to work, live and play on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Watuth and Squamish Coast Salish Nations.
