Private, Semi-private and Small Group Training
Note: For private training, we normally book packages of 4 sessions; training top included for new clients booking a package; Rates vary based on coach's level of experience and certifications
Semi-Private and Small Group Training

Semi-private and small group training offers players an opportunity to hone their skills through a tailored and task-focused program of high reps . A minimum 1:4 coach to player ratio for small-groups and semi-privates are 1:2, or 1:3. Sessions are normally booked in blocks of four, and new clients booking a minimum package of four sessions will receive a training top.
1-on-1 Private Training

Personalized one on one training focused on maximum reps and designed to address the specific needs and goals of individual players. Afternoon, evening and morning sessions are available. Sessions are normally booked in blocks of four, and new clients booking a minimum package of four sessions will receive a training top.
Community Impact AND TEAM Programs
We offer low barrier soccer training opportunities to youth that may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in soccer, including new to Canada youth, youth from inner city schools, and racialized youth.
Girls Competitive Program - B2B Femeni

Our competitive girls’ program provides high-level training and additional playing opportunities beyond club soccer, including participation in ASL leagues against boys’ teams. With expert coaching and a supportive but competitive environment we help players build confidence and grit, sharpen skills, and compete boldly.

Mentorship, Paid Internships and Coaching Scholarships

We work with aspiring and early career coaches, particularly those from inequity experiencing groups, to build their coaching and leadership skills. Through mentorship of qualified coaches, paid coaching internships and scholarships for coaching courses, we offer opportunities for participants to build their skills, networks and confidence.
